Yes, the main light, RGB backlight, and fan can operate independently without affecting each other. You can use any single function or multiple functions simultaneously as you prefer.
Does this fan have a memory function? Do I need to reset the light and fan every time I turn it back on?
The wall switch, remote control, and app will remember the last lighting settings you used, so there’s no need to reset them. However, the fan must be manually turned on via the remote or app by selecting the desired speed.
If parts like the light cover, LED panel, controller, or remote are damaged, can they be replaced for free?
Yes, Orison offers free replacements for damaged parts during use. If you encounter any issues, feel free to reach out to us anytime, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Yes. To pair a single remote with additional fan receivers, pair them simultaneously. Note that the receiver that came with your fan is already paired with the remote.
