Q5: It seems this cup holder is too noise.

Q7: The difference between cooling only model and heating & cooling model

A: The chip and materials for both models are the same, but the cooling only model has different PCB program from heating & cooling model. In addition, switch power button for cooling only model is on the car charger, Simply switch on/off on the car charger., While heating & cooling model switch button is on the top of cup circle. You can directly press the two different switches to work and press again to shut down.

Q8: Can this cup holder be used on Truck or Bus?

A: Only 12V power source is available. Or using adapter convert to 12V. Truck or Bus is 24V.

Q9: Can we pour drinks into the cup holder to cool down or heat up?
