Why can't I connect the heater to my Wi-Fi?
This heater supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi only. Before pairing, connect your phone to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, power on the heater and place it near your router, and grant required app permissions. See the instruction manual for detailed steps.
What causes a circuit trip while using the space heater?
The maximum power of the heater can reach 1500W. Please don't share the same socket with other appliances to avoid short circuits.
Are there any placement tips I should know for heater operation?
Keep vents unobstructed. Maintain 3-ft clearance from walls, curtains and furniture. Never cover or dry clothes on this heater. Avoid soft uneven surfaces-they may trigger tip-over hazards. Use only on firm flat surfaces.
Why does my heater make rattling / creaking / abnormal noise when running?
Minor creaking noises can happen as parts expand under heat. Please clear dust & foreign objects before use. Continuous loud noise means something is wrong; stop using and contact support.
