Think Crucial Replacement Filter Set Compatible with IKEA® FÖRNUFTIG Air Purifier (Replaces Article #10461944 & #40487283) 2 Particle Filter + 2 Carbon Layer Easy to Install (2 Pack)

The IKEA FÖRNUFTIG runs a two-stage system: a pleated particle filter for dust and a separate activated carbon layer for odors. Both wear out, and replacing only one leaves half the job undone. This Think Crucial set replaces both at once IKEA Article #10461944 (particle filter) and #40487283 (carbon layer) so your purifier goes back to full capability in a single swap. The particle layer is pleated non-woven media that captures household dust, pet dander, and pollen. The activated carbon layer is a honeycomb structure with a high-density carbon fill that adsorbs kitchen odors, smoke, pet smells, and the VOCs that come off paints and cleaning products.
Installation is tool-free: lift out the old pair, drop in the new pair, close the unit.
What's in the box: 2 x particle filter 2 x activated carbon layer Two complete replacement cycles from a single purchase.

How to install: Turn off the FÖRNUFTIG and open the front panel. Lift out the used particle filter and carbon layer. Seat the new particle filter first, then the activated carbon layer on top.
