Why would I buy these over say the MFG Crosswinds?
The picture of them seems like the plastic is super cheap and the reviews are really bad.
Is there a reason to buy these?

From what I hear the Crosswinds are a fantastic set of pedals but they are more expensive. The Pro Flight Combat Pedals from Saitek may not match the ruggedness of the Crosswinds construction but they are a good value. My Pro Combat pedals have served me well offering good response and feel with the features I need. So far I have had zero issues with them and would give them a good review.

That said should my Saitek pedals ever fail I'll likely throw down the extra money for Crosswinds. I had recently replaced my Joystick with a Warthog Hotas and the Saitek pedals had the right price point at the time of my purchase.
