Why is the magnet not holding properly?
Please make sure the installation surface is clean and try to press magnets(supplied) to bottom until it touch your vents, the magnets will hold down firmly.
Why is the product not working or incompatible?
Works best with metal vents using magnetic attachment. For wood or non-metal vents, use screw slots for installation (screws not included).The magnet included with this product is not suitable for air vents made of aluminum or plastic.
Why is the product size too big or too small?
The two-piece expandable design adjusts from 8.5" to 15", fitting common vent sizes including 4x10, 4x12, 4x14, 6x10, 6x12, and 6x14 inch registers.the vents which length short than 16in or width more than 3.5in.
