Will this metal air vent deflector fit a standard 4x10 floor register?
YES. It adjusts from 8 to 14 inches to fit 4x10, 4x12, and 4x14 registers. TIP: Measure your register width; this deflector is 3.9 inches wide for a low-profile fit.
Is this magnetic air vent deflector safe to use on a ceiling HVAC vent?
NO. Due to its sturdy steel weight, magnetic ceiling use is not recommended. TIP: Use the included screws for ceiling/wall mounting to prevent slipping or falling.
Can this heat vent deflector withstand high temperature furnace air without melting?
YES. Unlike fragile acrylic, this heavy-duty steel deflector is heat-resistant and will not melt, warp, or crack. TIP: Ideal for high-heat winter furnace registers.
