Would it be a bad idea to mount a 120mm water cooler to the inside rack? (eg. pull in cool air from the side vents and push it out the back).

It's an idea and people have done it that way.  It depends on clearances and motherboard layout.  For instance my ram, which isn't particularly high profile, would interfere if i set my H60 in the front mounting bracket(using a gigabyte AX88 FM2+ motherboard).  I would measure and test fit before committing to any one particular plan.

Can any 120mm fans fit at the bottom of this case as intake fans? Also, will a push/pull with a liquid cooling radiator fit on the back side of the case?

Push/Pull using the rear mount will work fine, if using a Corsair H60.  This doesn't take into account motherboards with odd layouts or add-on daughterboards.  There are no fan mounts on the bottom, but there are several holes for mounting drives and ventilation slots; so you could always use that areas as a mount if you can find a fan that will fit.
