Is the side panel (non glass side) also meshed like the front? Thank you for the help.

Haven't bought it yet, but honestly I think it is meshed.

Is there a way to make the RGB fans controllable in software?

Yes, there are 2 ways. connect to the ARGB controller(pins) on your motherboard, if it has them(most MB manufactures provide the software for RGB) or get an ARGB controlled that connects to the usb pins on the motherboard( you'll need to find software that is compatible from a 3rd party for the controller, if not provided, to control the RGB. .

Does the case come with a fan hub or do you have to buy that separately?

Yes. Pre-wired and routed. SATA Powered. ARGB supported.
