Question 1

what are the size dimensions of this case ?

Accepted Answer

Case dimensions (WxHxD):195 x 443 x 450mm.

This includes the feet, which I think the website dimensions seem to leave off the height measurement.

Really like the case. Very quiet.

Question 2

is it compatible with 120 mm fans???

Accepted Answer

Yes. Look at specifications. Shows on my screen that it is highly versatile and allows many sizes of fans such as 120, 140 and 200 etc. Seems quite the case but I will see as I just ordered one and it is due to be here saturday or monday. If I can edit or give updated answer, I will.

Question 3

I see that the front door is solid plastic with no holes except for the two vertical side entry filled with foam / dust filter. Is this enough for 2x120mm/140mm fan intake? I am planning to put a 280mm radiator with push pull config fans , I am worried the ventilation is not enough. Any one seen any mod to front door or third party mods to the front door for better ventilation?

Accepted Answer

Unless you plan to mount the radiator outside the case I don't recommend this case. I suggest spending a bit more for a larger and or more modable case if you plan on water cooling. this case is very entry level.

Question 4

Is there any way to get a windowed side on this. Like a third party manufacturer?

Accepted Answer

I don't know of any third party windowed side panels for the Fractal Design Core 2500 case. Fractal Design does offer other cases with side windows; their R-4 model, for example. I find that the large grills on the left side and top of the FD-2500 case offer a pretty clear view of your handy work inside assuming you don't cover them with additional fans.
