Can you see the LED fans clearly through the mesh front panel?

Depends on how you define clearly.  If you rank the view from 1 to 10, 10 being clear glass and 1 being barely able to see light, I would say the front mesh on this case is somewhere in the 4 to 5 range...You can see the LED light, but it is diffused.

There is a small 4 pin coming off the fan meant for your motherboard BUT cougar includes 4pin to molex adapters so you can hook it up straight to the power supply (individually or by Daisy chaining the adapters) also..

Will this fit an E-ATX Motherboard, like the Asus Rampage V Extreme?

Unfortunately no, the motherboard tray is recessed compared to the cutout to accommodate cables, so the sizing is fairly exact for regular ATX or smaller. E-ATX would overshoot the recess.

Would a Hyper Evo 212 CPU cooler fit? It says max cpu cooler height of 160mm the Evo says its 159mm.

Yes, I believe so. I stuck my spare Hyper 212 Plus in my case at the narrowest point, which is where the drive cage would be on a traditional case, and it fit without touching the glass. The motherboard and CPU sits a little further back than this point so it should fit. My cooler measured 161mm to the tallest point, which is the top of the heatpipes. I'm not sure how much variation there is in manufacturing, but I'd say there is enough room to spare. Make sure you fan isn't sticking out past the top of the heatpipes and you should be good.

What's the difference between the original Panzer and this S version?

To add to the other answer: The 3 LED fans that ship with the case are CFD12-HBR Red LED fans - the blades are a clear orange-red plastic. The original Panzer ships with a single 120mm exhaust fan.

Will a 3090 RTX card fit in this case (when using an ATX mobo)?

I have a rtx 2060 in mine, not sure if there is a difference in size. I suggest looking up both cards and compare the sizes.

what is the power supply clearance?

I don't know exact measurements, but I don't think you will have to worry as the entire length on the bottom is your clearance for psu. Unless your psu is longer than the case. Lol

Will it fit  360mm Radiators on both Top and Front? I've only seen reviews talk about either or, but never simultaneously.

It depends on the thickness of the rad and the fans (and how many layers of fans you're using), also the height of your RAM and heatsinks on your motherboard, but the front mount should be able to accommodate just about anything. The top is where it gets a little tighter; my 360mm rad was merely 2mm too thick to fit because I have tall RAM (TridentZ RGB), but the front has literally inches of extra space even after 2 layers of fans and a radiator.

Do the fans come with a 3 to 4pin adapter for eatch of them bc if you were to buy the same fan it come's with a 3 to 4pin adapter ?

it comes with a 3 way adapter for the fans. its 3x3pin connection to 1 4pin. If your connecting it to a 3pin on mobo, no worries just follow the arrow on the 3 way adapter for the positive, negative and ground.
