1. Hold the dispenser in one hand with the cutting edge facing outward.
2. Pull the leading edge of the tape away from the roll to the length you need.
3. Press the tape downward against the serrated metal cutter to trim cleanly.
4. Apply the cut piece to a clean, dry surface and smooth out any wrinkles.
5. To refill: lift the empty core off the dispenser hub and snap a new 3/4 in. x 1 in. core Scotch Magic Tape roll into place.
