Is my toilet compatible, and can I install it myself?
Plurvix Bidet Sprayer fits most toilets with a 7/8" inlet on the flush tank where a T-valve can be installed. The package includes a detailed manual and video, so installation is simple. If you’re unsure, send us a photo for quick guidance.
What should I do if the T-valve leaks?
Check that your toilet’s inlet is 7/8" and the rubber washer is installed flat and evenly inside the T-valve. Most leaks happen when the washer is misaligned or overtightened. Reinstall carefully and test again.
What if the hose leaks?
If you find water dripping from the hose connection, check whether the washer inside the fitting is properly placed and level. Tighten the connection — do not overtighten. If the washer is damaged, replace it with the spare washer included.
What if the sprayer head leaks?
If the sprayer head leaks (which is rare), unscrew the nozzle and use a screwdriver to turn the center part 90° counterclockwise—don’t over-rotate. Refer to the manual for guidance.
How can I maintain it for long-term use?
Check all connections regularly to ensure they’re tight and not leaking. It’s recommended to turn off the T-valve after use to prevent pressure buildup. Clean the nozzle occasionally following the manual to keep the water flow smooth.
