does this MB support ivy processors ?
I purchased it from NEW-EGG in november this year
Eeprom got sticker P67/PER  P1.0015B
I am looking to buy IVY celeron

It does but you are likely going to have to flash it with a low level Sandy chip first.  Go to the AS Rock website and check the CPU support list.  
Make sure the board boots to BIOS first before you spend the money on the low level chip.  I had bad luck with this board as it would not even boot to bios and had to return it.

Is this board now being shipped with BIOS version 2.20?

I have not installed this motherboard . I purchased it as a backup for my two MSI P67A GD-53 motherboards that are running  Sandybridge processors. Based on the sticker I found on the motherboard the bios is listed as P100-15b, so I assume it would require a bios update to run an Ivybridge processor.

Is this board now being shipped with BIOS version 3.10 or greater?

Mine wasn't. I'm still dealing with their tech support to get my Ivy Bridge processor working.
