Question 2

Does this board support a PCIe 4.0 x16 GPU?

Specs listed here, on the manufacturer website, and in the manual are unclear.

One slot is listed as PCIe 5.0 x16. It does not mention PCIe 4.0 at all, so even if you assume it should support a PCIe 4.0 card, it does not specify whether it can support it at x16 or only x4.

Another slot is listed as PCIe 4.0 x16, but then says "supports x4 mode." Does this mean "only x4" or "also x4"? And if "only" why does it say "PCIe 4.0 x16"?

The last slot is PCIe 3.0 which I don't care about.

I have not yet installed this board, so don't say "try it." I'll return it unused for a better board if the answer is "No it won't support PCIe 4.0 x16 GPUs."

From my google-fu it sounds like PCIe has total forwards- and backwards-compatibility baked into the spec, and any cross-version connection will run at the speed of the lower version (in our case 4.0). The top 2 results when searching "3090 pcie 5" and filtering the results to be just from reddit were also informative.

I'm doing my first build right now and have this mobo and 3090 (which seems to be a PCIe 4.0 x16 device). Still waiting on the CPU to arrive in a few days but when it does and I finish the build, I'll update and provide a definitive answer.

Question 3

The specifications state "2 x Antenna Mounting Points" but I see no evidence of those in the board images nor do I see a wifi specification supported. What's the true spec?

The mounting points are holes which can be punched out on the IO shield. If you look at the IO shield in the images you can see them next to the USB/HDMI/DP ports. The motherboard does not have built in WIFI, just holes to put your own antennas in. By default the holes are covered by what looks like silver foil, while the rest of the IO shield is mostly black.

Does this have built-in wifi?
