Bagel Function: When toasting bagels, please put the cut side facing the center of the toaster and use the BAGEL function.
4 steps to toast breads
Countdown Timer
After lever down and browning level selected, the countdown timer will show you the exact time left to complete the toasting.
Wide Slots
Slot dimension (LxWxH): 9.8“x1.5”x4.7", extra wide and deep slot for thick breads and bagels, and offers full-scale toasting.
Pop-out Crumb Tray
Push the crumb tray on the back to slide out the tray, you do not need to lift up the toaster to do the cleaning.
Cord Storage
The power cord could be stored underneath the toaster, you can adjust the cord length to fit your countertop.
Why my breads burned even at the lowest setting?
There are 4 heating areas in the toaster, if you put only 1 bread in the slot, one side is heated by 3 heating areas, while the other side is by 1. So please put breads in pairs, that will not burn the bread and toast evenly.
Why the lever will not stay down?
Please check if the cancel button is stuck, and turn the toaster upside down, tap on the walls will get those crumbs in the control pannel out. This issue could be fixed in this way.
Why the toaster only toasts one side of the bread?
Please check if the Bagel mode is on, after pressed the Bagel Button, it light ring will be on. in this mode, it will toaster one side and keep the other side warm.
Why the breads are not toasted evenly when I toast 2 slices?
Please put the breads in the center of slots when you toast 1 or 2 slices, the empty slots is still heating in working, so if you put breads in the corner, it will toast unevenly.
Why the browning is so light?
Different breads get different brownings. And please use DEFORST if you toasting breads which was taken out of the refrigeators, these breads need more heating time.
