is this good for gaming?

For todays gaming requirements, I would not go for a card this economically priced. I don't game but my son does and I build his computers with much more capability.  I use this card for watching internet videos. Works great for that but it won't handle frame rate, string processing, or memory requirements for gaming.

about how much power does this gpu need? Ive got about 80 watts left in my pc build would this be enough?
