will this fit in a gateway sx2800?

Gateway has relatively limited expansion room inside, and if you're determined to upgrade the SX2800-01 post-purchase, you'll find you have only a few options once you crack the case. You get a single 16x PCI Express graphics card slot, as well as a 1X PCI Express slot occupied by a modem, both of which can only accept half-height expansion cards because of the narrow case. While we don't really advocate upgrading lower-end PCs (better to spend more money up front), the two slots you do get are sufficient to add a lower-end 3D card for basic gaming and/or HD video playback, as well as wireless networking (once you toss the modem), if you're serious about using this system in your living room.   it would fit but very snug.  next time purchasing a computer look for as many expansion slots as possible so u can add extra parts.  this graphic card has the ability to run 2 cards at the same time but your motherboard doesn't have enough space.

I just purchase RADEON  HD 6450 graphics card for my Dell Inspiron 546s.  Will this card fit on the motherboard?

Yes. You will have to change it over to the side by side configuration. They are included with the card.

Question 3

I have several OptiPlex 330s that I'm looking to purchase graphics cards for. Unfortunately, they all require low profile cards and they only have 280 watt power supplies. I have two questions. Will the graphics card fit in an OptiPlex 330? And if I don't use the power supply to power a CD drive or a Hard drive, will 280 watts be enough?

The power requirements on this would put you above the power supply ability.  280 watt supplies are so small, you are looking at not using a connector on the video card.  This card requires 2 connectors.
