I just purchased this card. Does it come with the low profile bracket? If not, where can I purchase the low profile bracket for this card?

NO!!  Unfortunately this is a factory refurb and it does NOT come with the full retail accessories which were originally in the original new retail box.  This includes NOT having any of the adapter cables, and also NOT having the low-profile bracket.  The card comes simply with the full-size bracket attached.  Thus you can only use it in a tower case that accepts full-size cards, not a SFF case which wants a low-profile bracket.

Your best bet is to buy a new Sapphire 1GB DDR5 R7 250 retail, which is the identical card as the HD7750 but just re-branded.  You can get it from Tiger Direct or Amazon, search for the part 11215-06-20G.  This new retail item includes all the adapter cables as well as the two brackets.

Does this come with the accessories for the non-refurb version like DVI to VGA Adapter
Mini-DP to DP Cable
Micro HDMI to Std HDMI?

No it doesn't. It only has the card (with the low profile bracket on) and the CD. No adapters, no cables, no high profile brackets. But it functions like new though.

NO!  The refurb card comes with a full-size bracket installed on it, and NO LOW-PROFILE BRACKET.  Also, NO CABLES/ADAPTERS.

Spend another $15 and buy the "new" retail version to get everything you want.
