Tips for installing this battery:
Regarding "Error 23" When the APP is connected to Roomba i7, "error 23" should not appear when the battery is removed. When the APP is closed or disconnected from Roomba i7, "error 23" will appear when removing the battery and then installing the (CS or original) battery. To avoid the problem of the APP, customers are advised to ensure the APP is well connected to the machine. If "error 23" appears after installing the battery, please close the APP; then remove the battery from the machine; after that, press the start button of the machine for 10 seconds. And then, reinstall the battery and put it on the charger. Wait for the machine to start automatically. Finally, open the mobile APP to connect the machine.

- Be carefully check the model number of your device and the part number of your original Battery to see if this Battery is compatible with your device. - A new battery will achieve its best performance after 2 or 3 complete cycles of charge & discharge. - When you install it, be sure the connector has been properly connected to your device. - Do not use low quality third-party adapter charger to charge your device, that will shorten the battery's life.
