This card will allow you to control four M.2 PCIe M Key (or B+M Key) SSDs.
For any M.2 "M Key" PCIe (NVMe or AHCI) type SSD only, does not support SATA type M2 SSDs.
This controller card uses bandwidth sharing that allows it to work whether or not your motherboard supports bifurcation mode.
Advantage: a 4-port card for 3-4 times cheaper than a switch card.
Disadvantage: on the other hand, it will be less fast because of this fact than a switch type card (read and write noted during our tests: 550MB/s).
