How to Use?
1.Choose the right size egg put in the egg holder(Blunt end down)
2.Block the egg holder
3.Assembly the egg holder onto the machine
4.Tight the Transparent cover, turn to block
5.Put the machine on the flat table, Press I or II to start work.
6.The machine stops automatically after each mixing completed
7.Cook start with cold water. Golden egg down
Note:
Choose the right size eggs, we suggest to use Medium(53-63grams) or Large(63-73grams) eggs, for small eggs or Extra large eggs may cracked during mixing.
There are two mixing modes optional, short press the power button, the machine will automatically stop working for 120 seconds (suitable for medium size, or eggs stored at room temperature); long press the power button, the machine will automatically stop working for 180 seconds (suitable for large eggs, or longer eggs in the refrigerator).
To prevent the eggs from breaking, please put the eggs in cold water to start cooking
Please do not mix more than 5 eggs in a row. Please pause for 10 minutes per 5 eggs.
Please do not leave mixed eggs for a long time, cook it as soon as possible
