- Strong Grommets and Reinforced Edges: We use rust-resistant brass grommets spaced every 23.6 inches on all sides and in each corner to easily tie and securely hold the tarp. Plastic capped bars on all corners to make it extra sturdy. The extra reinforced corners will reduce wear and tear on the tarp, prevent the grommets from pulling out due to high winds or extreme bundling conditions, and extend the life of the tarp
