1. On what surfaces do the mats work? Only use our mats on clean, smooth, and untextured shower trays or tub floors. On structured surfaces the vacuum won't build up in the suction cups.
2. What do I need to do before using the shower mat? It's mandatory to rinse the tub beforehand, even better, let the water run - it should be wet in any case - and then firmly press and stroke the mat with your hands on the tub floor to create a vacuum in the suction cups on the bottom and to smooth the mat. Check if it's securely in place before stepping on it.
3. How can I take care of the mat? Our mat is inherently made from a durable material and is machine washable. We strongly recommend rinsing your mat after each use and hanging it to dry on the supplied hooks. This way, you'll enjoy the mat for years!
4. How can I hang the bathtub mat to dry? Place the self-adhesive hooks on a clean, dry, and smooth surface – our suggestion is inside the tub, then the mat is out of sight and invisibly stored - and simply hang the mat on the drain holes. To remove the hooks, gently warm them with a hairdryer and peel them off from one corner. They are reusable.
5. Can the mat be used with a drain in the center of the bathtub? Yes, the extra-large holes allow for optimal water circulation and drainage - regardless of where the drain is located.
6. What is the mat made of? Our mat is made of skin friendly vinyl (PVC) and is regularly tested on-site by a registered testing institute in accordance with Article 59, Paragraph 10 of the REACH Regulation.
7. What do I do, if the hooks are missing in the packaging or a hook is broken? You need to tell us and we will provide a replacement!
