1. 1. Make sure the surface is thoroughly clean and dry before attaching your HASKO products. Please remind that don't stick to a grout line.
2. Loosen the knob until the rubber base is flat by turning counterclockwise and position the product into the slotin the cup.
IMPORTANT: the slot position is in the bottom of the disc!
3. If problems when firstly installation, please wash the suction cup, dry it with hair dryer and test it on the smooth glass surface. If suction holds, that means initial wall might not applicale for using suction cup, please change installation location.
Suction will not work over grout lines or on porous surfaces such as: WOOD, unfinished MARBLE, GRANITE, porcelain, wallpaper, natural stones (such as Travertines), painted wall & any surface that is bumpy, etc...
