Why is the drying function not working?
First, make sure it's plugged in (drying function is inactive when unplugged). Then, ensure the compartment door is fully closed—(opening it will stop drying).
How to check if the device is on or off?
On: Press and hold — the indicator light stays solid.
Off: Press and hold — the indicator light flashes.
Why does this product not work?
First, charge it with an effective cable and adapter. Press and hold the power button until the indicator light constantly on,then open the lid once.
If the rubber slot comes off?
For easy cleaning, both the rubber slot and the bracket are designed to be detachable. If the rubber slot falls out or feels loose, simply snap it back into place.
Why won't the lid/cover close?
Please do not place the toothbrush facing forward. We recommend positioning it toward the LED bead.
