Question 1

Can this hold three 21.5 inch screens. One being my mac and the other two being two monitors?

Yup, the description of the item says 'screens up to 24 inches,' and that's my experience with them. I actually have one 27in one and two 21in ones, and it works great. Should be fine for your needs so long as the Mac has holes for VESA mounting.

Question 2

i currently have 3 diffren sized moniters left is a 21 inch center a 22 inch an right is a 21 inch, would this let me line up all the bottoms of the monitors?

If you put the two 21" monitors on the left and right and the 22" in the middle you would be able to line up the bottoms. The left and right arms are 1 piece so monitors would be the same height in that aspect but you could then separately adjust the height of the middle 22" monitor to be level with the two 21" monitors.

Question 3

Would this hold two 24" (portrait) on either side of one 27" monitor (landscape)?

Yes, it can easily do that.  Just be aware that they will be taller than your 27" monitor in that configuration.  But there is no issue with the stand being able to hold them in that position.

Does this mount come with the necessary screws to attach the monitors to the frame?

This mount comes with all the screws necessary and then some. When I received mine, assembled and mounted my monitors... I had extra screws for probably 3 other types of monitors.

Question 5

Would this fit a 25" monitor flanked by two 22" monitors with thin bezels?

Currently have 3 24" monitors mounted with no issues, so a 25" and 22" sides should fit ok.  The arms have a little bit more extension but not much more on my triple 24" setup.

Question 6

Does the clamp on the bottom come off? I would like to possibly throw together a makeshift foot for this thing, as the back of my desk doesn't have room for a clamp. I was also wondering if the bezels between your monitors line up pretty well or if the center one stuck out more than others? Other monitor stands have reportedly had this problem. Thank you!

So 1 the foot does come off (it actually has kind of like a screw section where the platform is and the bump on the first picture). As far as the middle monitor goes I have it setup so that the middle monitor is a little behind the two side monitor and completely level. Fairly easy to setup
