Innergie laptop adapters don't provide a USB-C tip on the packaging. However you can purchase an extra C-Converter (Innergie version) to effortlessly charge your USB-C devices.
Can I use higher wattage for lower wattage laptops? Can I use lower wattage for higher wattage laptops?
Higher wattage supports lower wattage charging. For example, 65 watts charger charges 65 watts and 45 watts. But it is not recommended to use a lower wattage charger for a higher wattage device. You might experience slower charging and overheating.
Does the product pass international safety standards? What is your product policy?
Conforms to the latest PSE Certificate, TUV, IEC 62368-1 international safety standard, so you can rest easy while charging your devices. We provide the product against defects in material and workmanship under normal usage, for a period of 2 years.
