Method 1: Use System Information to find your laptop model
- Step 1: Press " Windows + R " to open the Run window.
- Step 2: Type " msinfo32 " in the empty box and click " OK " to open System Information.
- Step 3: Keep in the " System Summary " sectionand you will find the " System Model " itemin the right pane.

Manual calibration, The steps are:
1) Shut down, plug in the power adapter to fully charge the battery. If the battery is full, you can proceed directly to the next step.
2) Unplug the power adapter, turn on the battery, and let the battery automatically discharge until the computer automatically shuts down. During this period, it is best not to do any computer operations.
3) Plug in the battery adapter and fully charge the battery. This process is OK if it is turned on or not.

1) Install the battery, plug in the power adapter, and power on. Run Batterymon and click the start button. After charging, shut down and unplug the adapter.
2) Restart and run Batterymon. Close all applications, adjust the power plan to turn off the screen for 1 minute and never go to sleep, and then slowly wait for the battery to discharge until it automatically shuts down. Repeat the operation 3 times.

Use the battery that comes with BIOS to calibrate:
(1) After booting, quickly press the "F2" key to enter the BIOS menu; use the left and right direction keys to select and enter the Power menu.
(2) Enter the Power menu, you can see the "Start Battery Calibration" option, select it and press the Enter key to execute.
(3) At this time, the screen will turn blue, and there will be a prompt in English, requiring that the notebook's power adapter be plugged in to charge the battery. After the battery is fully charged, the screen prompts the user to disconnect the power adapter. After that, the notebook continues to discharge the battery until the battery is exhausted.
(4) This step takes a long time. You need to wait for the laptop battery to automatically shut down after it is exhausted, and then connect the power adapter to charge the battery, but do not turn it on. After the charging is completed, the battery calibration process is considered complete.

Tips for Battery Maintenance
- Discharge the battery to 5% (not 0%) when you got the battery, then charge and cycle 3-4 times to wake up the new battery.
- The important point is to perform a full discharge and charge every other month to extend the battery life.
- Do not connect adapter for a long time while using the battery. It may damage the battery.
- Avoid artificial shocks, disassembly, crush or puncture. Do not dispose of it in fire or water.
Usual Troubleshooting Methords
- For: Battery cannot be identified by your laptop or it doesn’t seem to work.
- Could be caused by battery loose. Please remove the battery and try to install more than once.
- May be due to conductive material damaged which the laptop motherboard and battery anode and cathode contact position, you can try to confirm it with your original battery.
- Check whether the battery drive is in normal condition, if not, download the corresponding driver software to update.
- Take out the battery and press the power button for about 15 seconds to consume the internal residual power (Do not connect the power cord), and then reinstall the battery. You can try several times.
