Q:Why my notebook can't recognize this battery or it doesn't seem to work when installing?
A:1.Please check if the interface is clean to make sure it is fully connected.
2.The residual power stored in the laptop components which was preventing the battery from working properly. Please disconnect the old battery, and hold down the power button for 20 seconds, then connect the new battery. This drains the residual or flea power and the battery will be functional properly once it's reassembled.
1.Turn off your laptop and disconnect the power.
2.Disconnect the connection between the old battery and the motherboard, then unscrew screws of the old battery one by one and save them carefully.
3.Remove the old battery, then install the new battery carefully to its position, reset and tighten the removed screws, and connect the cable of the new battery.
4.Tips:Please discharge the new battery to 5% (not 0%), then charge fully and cycle 3-4 times to wake up the new battery.
