Requirement: This cable requires a USB-C power bank or charger capable of delivering 45W 15V3A output. Check the specifications of your USB-C charger to make sure it says 15V/3A. Some PD chargers and most phone chargers are not compatible with this cable.
COMMON ISSUES:
1.
If the LED flashes: it means that your charger has insufficient power. Use a USB-C charger of 15V3A and 45W or more.
2. Phone and tablet chargers do not work: lack of 15V or less than 45W. Older Mcbook chargers such as A1718 A1719 A1540 A1882 are not compatible.
3. If the
LED does not light up: try another 15V/3A 45W charger. If the problem persists contact us.

This cable is compatible with Surface Pro 8/9 and Surface Laptop 5 but due to technical limitations the system will show Slow Charger Connected but the power supplied is enough for you to work and play normally.
