Is the USB Programming Cable for AT-6666 Mobile Radio included in the box? Is this cable needed for the initial startup. Will I be able to get into 11 meters without this cable?

Can't remember if the cable came or not, it's been that long, However you can get to 11 meters without the cable, I use it for 11M directions are easy to follow, decent radio
