- This is a high-performance, dual-channel SDR for airplane tracking and positioning applications. It is designed to receive both ADS-B (1090 MHz) signals and UAT (978 MHz). It surpasses all current low-cost ADS-B solutions. Designed in a Pi HAT form factor for seamless compatibility with Raspberry Pi, it also works with other Windows, Linux, Android and Mac OS host devices. It has a compact form factor, making it portable and convenient to carry, whether used with a Pi or a different host device. Despite its small size, it delivers excellent performance, ensuring reliable and accurate data reception for aviation-related tasks. This device includes 2 separate preamplifiers with ultra-low noise levels. You can choose to bypass them using either an external switch or software GPIO0, which is particularly useful when in very close proximity to a transmitter. Your purchase contains the dual-SDR Pi HAT, standoffs and headers to facilitate connection with a Pi, and 2 USB cables for connectivity to your host device. Though it does not use the Raspberry Pi GPIO due to inherent bus speed limitations, there is a passthrough so the header can be used for other projects or Pi HATs
