Does this refurbished model come with all the cables including the usb dongle for corsair link?

Yes. All cables were brand new, none were missing. There is a cable with a 90° mini-usb on one end and a female receptacle on the other, which I assume is the dongle you refer to. That receptacle accepts a "comm" cable (also included), the other end of which plugs directly into the back of the Corsair AX760i. Both cables are sealed in a plastic envelope. It really is like getting a brand new unit. No worries.

Being that it is refurbished and not specified as far as i can tell, what kind of warranty does it carry? does it still have the 7 year corsair warranty?

I was wondering with the refurbished version came with everything that you would get with it brand new?...such as the same box and whatnot..

I just got mine in today and everything appears to be there that has come with my other corsair PSUs in the past (all cables, black carrying bag, etc). It didn't come in the original box. It's a plain brown box, with a decal/sticker that clarifies which PSU it is and that its factor refurbished, etc
