Q1. Will this work with my computer and do I need Bluetooth?
This combo uses a 2.4 GHz USB receiver and works with most Windows laptops and PCs that have a USB-A port.
Just plug in the receiver and turn on the keyboard and mouse—no Bluetooth or drivers needed.
Q2. Where is the USB receiver and what if I can’t find it?
The receiver is stored on the bottom of the mouse beside the battery compartment.

Q3. My keyboard or mouse is not working or feels laggy. What should I try first?
Install fresh batteries and match the “+ / –” markings, then plug the receiver into a front USB port or a short USB extender and keep it away from metal or other wireless devices.

The round keys feel soft with a moderate sound, suitable for most home and office use. Flip out the tilt legs to raise the keyboard to a more natural angle and help your wrists stay comfortable.

The built-in slot is about 9.92 inches wide and fits most phones and slim tablets.
Very thick cases or oversized tablets may not sit securely, so a standard-size device without a bulky case is recommended.
