    1. Will it keep VR Headset charging while playing?
    1. --- It will charge, but you know it is not made to stay fully charged while playing. We suggest you fully charge it first before you start playing, its a better experience.
    2. Why does the cable show up as USB 2.0 in the APP when I connect to my computer?
    1. --- Please follow the steps:
    2. 1) Make sure the computer's interface is USB 3.2Gen1 or above
    3. 2) connect this cable to the USB 3.2 Gen1 ports on your computer port;
    4. 3) log out of the APP and log back in.
    3. As the description, it comes with a strap that holds up the wire?
    1. --- Yep, we offer 2 straps which can secure the cable to the side of the headset for strain relief.
    4. Will the transmission rate drop if I connect a second extension cable? Maybe I need more length than 16ft.
