Spacious interior cavity allows for easy insertion.
Easy to pinout transparent casing allows easy to verify routing sequence. Prevent wasted connectors.
Snagless latch design protects the latch from breaking.
1. Put the boot onto the cable & strip 25mm of the jacket.
2. Remove the foil (keep some mesh wiring to harness to the clip after connector is inserted) and
untwist to separate each pair.
3. Straighten and flatten the wires into 568A or 568B as needed, and cut the wires at 15mm from
the end of the jacket.
4. Insert wires into the cable loader (feed into wider loader opening). Ensure loader remains at the end
of the wires and completely flush (NOT STICKING OUT) with the end of the wires to prevent crossing
during connector insert.
5. Insert wires with loader into the connector. Keep pushing the wires (even after loader stops moving
into the connector) until wires are flush with the end of the connector. The drain wire should be at
the top and touching the metal piece in the middle of the connector.
6. Crimp the wires using the specified LINKUP hand tool (TL-CA6AV2) for large diameter wires.
7. Cut the excess drain wire.
8. Crimping finished. Apply the boot and test your cable before use.
