1.What I wish before buying this 2-in-1 Wi-Fi6 Bluetooth 5.4 adapter?

If you feel built-in wifi adapter is slow or there is no or the issue for PC's Bluetooth fucntion or you want to upgrade your PC to latest Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4 technology, a cost-effective way to extend life of desktop computer pc Laptop with the smart usb adapter.

2.Do I need to install the driver? Why doesn't the driver pop up when plugged into my PC?

1.The wireless network adapter has built-in driver. Just plug it into your PC and click on the pop-up driver to install it with ease.

2.If the the driver doesn't pop up on your PC, it is possible that there is a similar wifi driver installed previously.Please unintsall it from the PC's Control Panel and then plug our adapter again to install the driver.

Or please download and install the driver from the website link of User Guide.

3.If the WIFI adapter doesn't work after running for a while, please follow the below steps:

1.Please plug the adapter into the other USB ports of your PC and don't connect the adapter through the USB Hubs.

2.Please turn off the "Energy Saving Mode" of the WiFi adapter in the PC's Windows system.

3.When connecting to WIFI, select “Automatically connect within range” to avoid manually connecting to WIFI every time you start your PC.

4.Make sure the distance between the adapter and the router within 66ft and avoid obstacles such as thick walls and metal.

5.Reinstall the driver.

If the product experiences lag when pairing with Bluetooth headphones or a mouse, it is recommended that you check for potential signal obstructions or interference. You can try switching to a different USB port on the front of the computer to see if that improves the situation.
