What's the differences between this product and usb 3.1/3.0/2.0 c to c cable?
This usb c 3.2 gen2x2 cable carries full functions including 5A fast power delivery, 20Gbps superspeed+ data transfer, 4k video and audio output, with the features of right angle connector and nylon braided cover.
The data transfer speed doesn't achieve 20Gbps, why?
The speed is also influenced by your devices. For example, if you're connecting a samsung T7, the fastest speed will be 10Gbps, because T7 only support 10Gbps max. It also depends on how fast does your computer's usb c port support.
Why does the cable fail to video output?
Please note that the video function only works for those devices whose USB-C port supports DP Alt Mode.
Why it doesn't work when I'm connecting the usb hub?
You could flip the connector over and try again to see if it works. It happens due to some usb hubs' ports only support usb 2.0 or 3.0.
Is there any way to claim a replacement?
