Is it compatible with my iPhone/ iPad?

Why do I get only 18W or 60W power rather than 100W when using this cable for charging?
This cable is designed to allow max 100W power to pass through but can't create 100W output power. Charging power will be limited by the power adapter or the phone/ laptop it connecting.
