Why can't I get 240W charging speed?
The cable supports up to 240W, but actual charging speed depends on your charger and device. To achieve 240W, you need a PD 3.1-compatible charger and a device that supports PD 3.1.
Why is my data transfer speed slower than 20Gbps?
20Gbps is the maximum speed the cable supports. Actual transfer speed depends on your device. To achieve 20Gbps, your device must support USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 or higher.
How does the retractable mechanism work?
The cable features a dual-way synchronized retraction mechanism with 4 click-stop locking positions (40/70/90/100cm). You gentlely pull from either end to extend, and it locks securely at each stop. To retract, give a gentle tug to release the lock.
Does this cable support video output to a monitor?
Yes ,it supports 8K@60Hz and 4K@144Hz video output. You can connect your laptop, tablet, or phone to 8K monitors, 4K TVs, or projectors for gaming, streaming, or presentations. Note: Video output requires that your device supports DP Alt Mode
