It allows you to route PCIE NVMe signals over MCIO cables to remote SSD enclosures or backplanes, ideal for custom workstation, server and storageoriented system builds. This adapter supports 2230 and 2280 M.2 NVMe SSD with adjustable standoffs for stable installation. It runs at full PCIE 5.0 x4 bandwidth and maintains backward compatibility with PCIE 4.0 and PCIE 3.0 platforms. Impedanceoptimized PCB design minimizes signal loss for highspeed NVMe transmission. Works with Windows and Linux operating systems and supports system boot from connected NVMe drives. Please note MCIO connecting cable is not included and must be purchased separately.
