Yes, as long as your "mini desktop" meets these dimensions: 16 x 5 x 14 inches. Dell refers to these PCs as "Mini Towers (MT)" or "small form factor (SFF)". Physical fit is one thing, but make sure the wattage is correct, too. Check the label on the old p/s to make sure it matches the 280 Watts rating of the NH429 H280P-01. I put the ones I ordered into a couple of OptiPlex 755 SFFs.
