does it come with one or two ?

It comes with one and goes just behind the front PSU door. I literally installed it about a minute ago and looks really good. Now lets hope RGB Fusion play nice with it.

Are these strips flexible? Will they bend at least at a 90 degree angle?

Hi, I have mine installed like the instructions show. But the strip is flexible. As far as 90o you should be able to do that.
