- FIRST-HARVEST YABUKITA: This single-origin Japanese matcha is made from the Yabukita cultivar. It delivers umami, sweetness, aroma, and a finish without a bitter aftertaste.
- TRADITIONAL TEA OR MATCHA LATTE: Whisk with water for usucha or combine with warm, frothed, or cold milk. The Yabukita profile remains present in hot matcha lattes and iced matcha lattes.
- SIFT, WHISK AND DRINK: Sift 1/2 teaspoon of matcha powder into a bowl, add 1 oz of water heated to about 175°F, and whisk in a zigzag motion until foam forms. Add more water or milk as needed.
- 3.5 OZ MATCHA POWDER: Includes 100 g of matcha in a resealable pouch. Close after use and store away from heat, light, moisture, and odors to help protect the powder after opening.
