How to choose the right size for the lamp?
This table lamp is designed to be shorter, which is 11.4", to focus light directly onto a table surface. The lampshade is 5.1" tall and the bottom of lampshade is 5.5" wide. Please consider the size and how it will fit into your space.
What if the charging port can not charge devices?
Try This:
1. Switch to CCT mode, unplug then replug cable.
2. Apple device? Try both Lightning connector sides separately.
3. Test with another cable or earbuds to rule out the port unmatch your iPhone.
4. Still not working? Ask for support from us.
Is the light bulb removable?
This table lamp is equipped with a 9W integrated LED bulb that means the light bulb is fixed and cannot be removed and changed.
Can I control the light by touching anywhere?
No, control is limited to the three touch-sensitive buttons on the base. Simply touch the buttons to turn on/off and adjust the settings.
Could the brightness of this lamp be adjusted?
Yes, with the stepless dimming feature, this touch table lamp allows you to effortlessly adjust the lighting to your preferred level. Remember that the RGB cycle mode is not dimmable, the brightness is fixed.
