How can I make the bag seal tighter?
First, seal the bag completely with the provided sealing clips, then use a vacuum sealer to vacuum the seal. Wait for the machine to stop automatically after it has completely vacuumed; the seal is then complete.
Can bags or Mason jars be filled to 100% and then vacuum-sealed?
This is not recommended; it's best to fill it only to 80%.
How should you vacuum-seal food containing moisture?
The machine has a built-in dehumidifier. After each use, please remove the water tank cap and then clean and dry it by wiping or air drying to keep it clean.
