A: Actually this PCIE riser only extend PCIE X1 signal out to PCIE X16 for heavy graphic cards.It supports 99% mother board on the market.That is because PCI Express is a universal standard signal.Will work ARM,AMD,INTEL,NVIDIA based plateform.
Q:How to confirm this PCIE riser active in my system?
A:We designed the LED indicators on this GPU riser,once user light it up,the LED will start up.
If you want to check if the GPU woks,better check in system-Device Manager-Display Adapters.
Q:I have noticed that this GPU risers have designed power already,will my GPU work if do not plug the 6/8Pin power on?
A: Yes,the GPU will work.Cause the GPU designed dual chanel power supply,one is pick up power from mother boarrd,the other one is the 6/8Pin power supply on the GPU.The power from mother board will less than 75W,so for heavy GPUs must plug 6/8Pin power.
