The DP-2.1 cable is especially sturdy thanks to its break-resistant metal connectors and flexible FlexhMesh braid. Its A.I.S. structure (Anti-Interference Shielding) is reinforced with extra sheathing of the copper conductors. The DisplayPort cable follows the latest DP-2.1 standard, yet remains backward compatible with earlier versions like DP 2.0 and DP 1.4; to prevent short circuits, Pin 20 is unassigned per the VESA standard. The DisplayPort monitor cable operates bidirectionally with PCs, laptops/notebooks, monitors, and projectors; with G-Sync/FreeSync, the frame rate of corresponding monitors is optimally matched to the image signal of the graphics card (e.g. Radeon RX 7000)
