The USB to MINI-DIN 4 Pin cable which was built in FTDI FT232RL chip, it can be used on the PC with USB interface.
The DB9 to MINI-DIN 4Pin can be used in the old PC with D-sub 9 pin port, or other USB to RS232 converter.
